Cachet cover of Jacksonville Oregon's iconic 1883 Court House, now present-day Jacksonville's City Hall. Franked with Andrew Jackson (or other) stamp and having the Fancy Cancel of the Pacific International Philatelic Exhibition ("PIPEX") as well as the local Jacksonville Oregon post office cancellation, commemorating Jacksonville's status as a National Historic Landmark city and the discovery of gold there in 1851.  Only a few of these left.
